The major source for these prospectuses and announcements of new issues of CPR ordinary and preference stock, debentures and bonds are newspaper clippings. The excellent Baring Archive was used to source seven of them which is noted on the PDF. This is not a complete listing as many new issues, especially debenture and preference stock were pre-sold due to the high financial reputation of CPR at that time.
