At this time, only partial newspaper transcriptions of the first two annual reports are available. Complete reports are available for all other ywars. The Company underwent complete reorganization in 1890 when the physical assets of the Company were transferred to the newly formed Great Northern Railway leaving the Company as a holding vehicle which was wound up in 1899.
